# How do I manage more than one business in Cleo Pay?

> One Cleo Pay login can belong to several businesses. Click the Switch Account button next to your business name to see them all, pick one to open it, or click Create new business to add another. Each business has its own plan, bank, team and verification.

One Cleo Pay login can belong to as many businesses as you need. Click the **Switch Account** button next to your business name, at the top of the sidebar, to see them all. Pick a business to open it, or click **Create new business** to add another. Each business is set up, verified and billed on its own.

## Switch between businesses

1. Click **Switch Account**, the arrows button next to your business name in the top left.
2. Under "My businesses", click the business you want.

The business you opened last is marked "Last visited". Each card also shows your access in that business, such as "Admin access".

If a business hasn't finished setup, picking it takes you back to its setup steps.

## Add another business

1. Click **Switch Account**.
2. Click **Create new business**.
3. Choose **Full business account**.
4. Pick a plan for the new business and finish checkout.
5. Go through setup for the new business: name, details, owners, email, bank and team.

See [How do I set up my Cleo Pay account?](https://cleo-pay.com/help/set-up-your-cleo-pay-account) for each step.

## What each business keeps separate

Every business has its own:

- Plan and seats. A new business needs its own plan. See [Plans, seats and included payments](https://cleo-pay.com/help/plans-seats-and-included-payments).
- Business verification
- Bank accounts and Cleo Pay balance
- Team members and roles
- Bills, vendors and invoices

New businesses also start with payments turned off until a quick call with our team. See [Why are payments turned off?](https://cleo-pay.com/help/why-are-payments-turned-off)

## Joining someone else's business

If another business invites you to its team, the invite shows on the same page under "Invitations". Click **Accept** and that business joins your list.

If you need help with more than one business, email support@cleo-pay.com with the names of the businesses.
